The aim is To introduce another methodology utilizing a shunt activity for the administration of nutcracker marvel introducing as left varicocele in young adult patients.
12 young adult patients with the nutcracker marvel introducing as left varicocele went through a shunt activity comprising of anastomosis of the proximal piece of the spermatic vein and second rate epigastric vein to bring down the left renal vein (LRV) pressure. A basic ligation of the left spermatic vein was then used to fix the varicocele. 12 patients went through a medical procedure, and manifestations of hematuria, proteinuria, scrotum uneasiness, and flank torment vanished post a medical procedure in all patients. Patients were followed for 24–72 months (mean four years). The widths of the proximal LRV and the pinnacle speeds in the aortomesenteric part of the LRV were essentially diminished after a medical procedure (p < 0.001). Left testicular volume altogether expanded after a medical procedure. One patient had repeat of the left varicocele and one juvenile had negligible hydrocele requiring no intercession. No significant entanglements were seen during and after medical procedure. Anastomosis of the proximal piece of the spermatic vein and second rate epigastric vein is a viable and safe careful methodology for the administration of nutcracker wonder introducing as left varicocele in youths.
