To examine the most recent literature on how penile cancer therapy affects quality of life, as well as to explain current therapeutic options for overcoming sexual dysfunction and ultimately improving patient wellbeing. There are several medicinal and surgical treatments available to address the high prevalence of sexual dysfunction following penile cancer therapy. Advances and advancements in neophalloplasty, penile prosthesis and penile lengthening operations have paved the way for better long-term results. Furthermore, research continues to show the significant psychological impact that penile cancer therapy may have on patients. The study discusses potential methods for treating the underlying psychologic consequences of these therapies and emphasise the need for more study in this area.

Despite its rarity, all urologists should be aware with the therapies and post-treatment complications of penile cancer. Penile cancer is linked to a significant reduction in quality of life and sexual function. There are several medicinal and surgical treatments available to address these problems. Urologists must also consider the psychologic component of surgical deformity and the decrease in sexual function.
