A multidisciplinary panel used PubMed to review the medical literature from January 1, 1985, to July 1, 2015. A study took place to develop evidence-based guidelines to enhance the effective practice of parathyroidectomy. There have been so many similarities in the novel coronavirus and other existing diseases like hyperparathyroidism. There is a causal relationship between the symptoms produced by the people. This is also because of the fact that the drug which is used to cure both of the diseases is also very similar. Levels of evidence in this study were determined on the basis of the American College of Physicians grading system. Therefore, there are two different types of drug-mediated thrombotic microangiopathy. Therefore, they are on two main types of immune and toxic doses. Both of them are said to have an equal effect on the fact that they are in the best possible manner suitable to cure the needs. As a conclusion we can say that the surgical treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism (pHPT) has undergone extensive changes, These evidence-based guidelines provide a broad-based approach to the clinical spectrum of pHPT.
